Does my school need to be registered with Parent Plan?

No. Parent Plan works with any school email that arrives in your inbox. You forward it to us; we handle it. No school sign-up, no IT team involvement.

What if my school sends a PDF attachment?

We process PDF attachments — they're actually the most common format. Our processing goes through the PDF pages, not just the email body.

I have two children at different schools. Does that work?

Yes. You can add multiple children and multiple schools. Each child gets a separate filtered summary. Everything arrives in the same WhatsApp conversation.

What if an event is wrong or missing?

The extraction is accurate but not perfect. What the school sends is always the authoritative source — treat our summary as a helpful guide, not a replacement. Email us if something's consistently wrong.

Can I stop forwarding emails?

Yes — whenever you like. If you set up automatic forwarding, just delete the filter in Gmail or Outlook and forwarding stops immediately. If you've been forwarding manually, simply stop. Your Parent Plan subscription can be cancelled separately from your account.
