Forward school emails to us.

Forward emails one at a time — works on any device. Or set up automatic forwarding on desktop — we handle the verification for you.

Your Parent Plan address

Automatic

Set it up once on desktop — all future emails arrive automatically

Open Gmail settings

Tap the menu icon → Settings → select your account.

Add a forwarding address

Find Forwarding and POP/IMAP → tap Add a forwarding address → enter your Parent Plan address.

Confirm and proceed

Tap NextProceed. Gmail will send a confirmation email — we handle the verification automatically. Wait up to one minute.

Set up a filter for school emails

Go to Filters and Blocked AddressesCreate a new filter. In the From field, enter your school's email domain (e.g. @pirbright.surrey.sch.uk). Then select Forward to → choose your Parent Plan address → Create filter.

Not sure of your school's domain? Look at any email they've sent — it's the part after the @ symbol.

You're all set

From now on, emails from your school will arrive with us automatically. You don't need to do anything — just wait for the next one.

Open the school email

Find the email from your school in your Gmail inbox.

Open the menu and tap Forward

Tap the menu in the top right of the email → Forward.

Enter your Parent Plan address and send

Type your Parent Plan address in the To field → tap Send. We'll process it within a few minutes.

Open Outlook settings

Go to outlook.com in a browser → tap the Settings cogView all Outlook settings.

Find Forwarding

Go to MailForwarding.

Enable forwarding and save

Turn on Enable forwarding → enter your Parent Plan address → tap Save.

Optional: filter to school emails only

Go to MailRulesAdd new rule. Set condition: From contains your school's domain. Set action: Forward to your Parent Plan address → Save. This forwards only school emails rather than everything.

You're all set

From now on, emails from your school will arrive with us automatically. You don't need to do anything — just wait for the next one.

Open the school email

Find the email from your school in your Outlook inbox.

Tap Forward

Tap the Forward button at the top of the email.

Enter your Parent Plan address and send

Type your Parent Plan address in the To field → tap Send. We'll process it within a few minutes.

Set it up once on Mac — all future emails arrive automatically

Forwarding rules in Apple Mail are set up on a Mac, not on iPhone. If you only have an iPhone, use the manual method or set up forwarding through icloud.com.

Open Mail on your Mac

Open the Mail app → go to Mail in the menu bar → Settings → click the Rules tab.

Add a rule

Click Add Rule.

Set the condition

Set the condition to: Fromcontains → enter your school's email domain (e.g. @pirbright.surrey.sch.uk).

Set the action and save

Set the action to: Forward Message → enter your Parent Plan address → click OK.

You're all set

From now on, emails from your school will arrive with us automatically. You don't need to do anything — just wait for the next one.

Open the school email

Find the email from your school in your Apple Mail inbox.

Tap the reply arrow and forward

Tap the reply arrowForward.

Enter your Parent Plan address and send

Type your Parent Plan address in the To field → tap Send. We'll process it within a few minutes.
