Parent Plan is a subscription service that processes school communications forwarded to us by email and delivers personalised summaries via WhatsApp. It is operated by AJ Strategies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Parent Plan is available to UK residents aged 18 and over who are parents or guardians of children attending school. By signing up, you confirm that:
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Your WhatsApp number is used to deliver your summaries — if this changes, update it in your account settings immediately.
You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your forwarding address. Each account is for one family's use.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at rav@parentplan.ai.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required when you sign up. We will ask for your card details on day 10 of your trial, so there is no last-minute rush. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.
All plans include all children on your account. There are no per-child charges and no hidden fees.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. We will send you a reminder before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and WhatsApp before any increase takes effect.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing rav@parentplan.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you have been charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.
If you cancel during your free trial before day 10 card capture, you will not be charged anything.
You may only use Parent Plan to process school communications for children you are the parent or guardian of. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We work hard to ensure your summaries are accurate and complete. Our system is highly reliable, but no automated service is perfect.
We always link back to the original school communication so you can verify anything important. For time-critical information — such as same-day changes or urgent school notices — we recommend checking the original email directly.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from missed, delayed, or inaccurate information in your summaries.
We aim to keep Parent Plan running reliably. Occasionally the service may be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any planned downtime by email and WhatsApp where possible.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
The Parent Plan name, logo, and all content on parentplan.ai are owned by AJ Strategies Ltd. You may not use them without our written permission.
The school communications you forward to us remain the property of the school or sender. We process them solely to provide your summary and delete them within 24 hours.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AJ Strategies Ltd's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you by email and WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
