Does my school need to sign up or know about this?
No. Parent Plan works with what the school already sends you. You simply forward it on — the school doesn't need to do anything differently.
What if I have more than one child, or children at different schools?
All covered in one plan, one price. Add as many children as you like — we personalise updates for each one separately.
Does it work with my email — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail?
Yes — it works with any email provider. All you're doing is forwarding an email, which every email app supports. We'll show you how to set up automatic forwarding so future emails arrive without you doing anything each time.
Will it work with how my school sends things?
Parent Plan works with emails — including PDF attachments, images, and links to documents. If your school sends updates by email, we can read it. The simpler the better — a plain email or a PDF attached works perfectly.
What if my school uses an app or a parent portal I have to log into?
We can't access content that sits behind a login — school apps, parent portals, or anything that requires a password. Parent Plan works with emails only. If your school communicates exclusively through an app, it won't work for those updates. If they send anything by email as well, we'll catch that.
Do I need to download an app?
No. There's nothing to download. Parent Plan sends updates straight to WhatsApp — which you've already got.
How do I know I can trust it?
We're a UK company, built by parents who had exactly this problem. We've been testing this with real parents at real UK schools. Every update we send comes directly from what your school has sent — we don't add to it, invent things, or guess. If something isn't in what you've forwarded, it won't appear in your summary.
How accurate is it?
Parent Plan is highly accurate — and we always include a link back to the original so you can double-check anything important. Think of it as your first read, not your only one.
How do I know it's worked?
As soon as we've processed something you've forwarded, you'll get a confirmation on WhatsApp. Nothing disappears into a black hole.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We're a UK company and all your data is stored securely within the UK and EU. We never share your information with third parties, and you can delete your account at any time.
Does a person read my emails?
No. Your emails are processed automatically in the UK. No human reads them. We extract the relevant information and delete the raw content once processed.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll send you a reminder on WhatsApp before your 14 days are up. If you'd like to carry on, you add your card then. If not, your account simply stops — no charge.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — cancel any time from your account. No questions asked.
What if my school uses ClassDojo, Arbor, or Tapestry?
Parent Plan works with school emails and PDF attachments. If your school communicates exclusively through a closed app or portal that doesn't send emails, we won't be able to process those updates. If you're not sure, try forwarding an email — we'll let you know if we can't read it.
What happens during school holidays?
During holidays, schools stop sending updates, so there's nothing for us to process. Your subscription stays active and ready for when term starts again.
